Full Job Description

We have ambitious growth plans to expand into new regions and new sales channels and are therefore looking for an ecommerce & operational expert to help accelerate and achieve these goals. This person will help spearhead our growth and expansion of the business in UAE & KSA (Amazon, Noon, etc). This role will report directly to the CEO. 

Responsibilities

Operational responsibilities include: 

  • Inventory management (tracking inventory by sku by location & by channel)
  • Replenishment planning (based on inventory targets trigger replenishment orders)
  • Order management, delivery coordination & delivery tracking
  • Suppliers management (meeting, ordering, sourcing, sampling, etc.)
  • Freight management (rates negotiation, documentations management, etc.)
  • QC, Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Master data management
  • Invoicing (including creation of invoices & delivery notes)

Ecommerce management:

  • Description and content creation for product listings, then listing on ecommerce channels, including Amazon, Noon, etc. 
  • Continuously oversee and optimise product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of our products
  • Management of all FBA & FBN shipments and stock replenishment.
  • Manage Amazon brand registry, create A+ content and store design
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new growth and high margin SKU’s to stock.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns and/or service providers via Amazon Advertising console (AMS) . Creation, optimisation and management of Sponsored Products and brands.
  • Manage product reviews & seller feedback to enable growth
  • Raising cases with Amazon Vendor Central Support to resolve issues

Experience and Skills Required

- Minimum of 2 years of Amazon Seller Central account management with a demonstrable track record of success.

- Strong understanding of what it takes to get a listing swiftly ranked and in the top 10.

- Strong understanding of Amazon marketing advertising and 3rd party tools.

- Experience of having sole ownership and financial responsibility over e-commerce channels

- A passion for innovation, someone who is looking to constantly improve and wants to bring new ideas.

- IT Literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office nd Google Suite Applications, with particularly strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Advanced / Expert) and Google Sheets.

- Must be fluent in English
