Weekdays: We deliver within 1-2 business days across the UAE & offer .
Weekends: Orders received on Friday 2pm onwards, Saturday & Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday the following week. If you have an urgent requirement, please email us at hi@bambuyu.com and we will try our best to make it happen :-)

If you have experienced issues with your Bambuyu order, we want to help you.
Please email us at hi@bambuyu.com with your order number, reason for return and include photos if your order is damaged. Our Support team will be in touch with you within 24 hours to assess the issue and either process a refund or send a replacement for the products.
