• Report within 24 hours: Any damage to the outer packaging or delivery box must be reported to us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Product box must remain unopened: The product packaging must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• Proof of damage: Please include clear photographs of the damaged delivery box and the product packaging, along with your order number, in your email.
• Original packaging: The product must remain in its original packaging until our team reviews your request.

• Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Important Conditions

• Requests reported after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for a return or refund under this policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
• Products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return under this policy.
• Returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our customer support team.
